Fine application, terrible customer service

This application does what it says…it records. However, I had some issues with it in that although the record button was pressed, nothing actually recorded nor was saved. I immediately emailed customer support (Alex Cezar) and got the following response: I hope I can help you, but I’m really busy at the moment. Will contact you ASAP. After 2 reminder emails (as what I lost was extremely important to me), still no response…more than a month later. Not even an acknowledgment email. Just terrible customer service.

Piece of advice. Use the app but if something goes wrong, you’re out of luck as no one will help you.
