just one more feature

I like this app and it works nicely for me. The only thing I can see that would improve it would be a pause button. I typically use this app to record lectures and sometimes the instructor takes a break from talking, and if I want to not record these blank spaces, I have to stop recording and then resume with a new recording, which creates a subsequent file. I think this is kind of stupid. It would be so much nicer if I could just pause during these gaps rather than have to start a whole new file.
